Submitted images

By uploading an image for a custom product, you represent and warrant that you own the image or hold all rights and permissions necessary to authorise its reproduction, including where the image was created by a professional photographer. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LUMEN AND LAYER LLC from any claim, demand, or damages, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or relating to any image you submit, including claims of copyright infringement or violation of privacy or publicity rights of persons depicted.

We may decline any submitted image at our discretion (including for quality or content) and will refund the order in full if we do so before production begins.
