Refund policy

Stocked items

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on stocked items (art pieces and non-personalised goods). Items must be unused and in their original packaging. The buyer pays return shipping; we refund the original payment method once the return is received.

Custom portraits and personalised items

Custom portraits and personalised engraved items are final sale. Because these are made for you — your photo, your names, your dates — they cannot be restocked or resold, and we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun. For custom portraits, you approve a preview of your piece before we print it.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, email support@lumenandlayer.com with photos within 7 days and we will make it right — replacement or refund, including for personalised items.
