We ship to the contiguous 48 United States and DC only — no Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international addresses at this time. Shipping is always free.

Stocked items ship within 1–2 business days.

Custom portraits ship after you approve your preview; allow [X–Y] business days from approval to dispatch.

Holiday cutoff: order by December 5, 2026 for delivery by December 24 (custom portraits: the preview must be approved by December 5).
