How it works

How custom orders work

  1. Order or ask. Where an item is listed, buy it and upload your file; for anything else, start a custom project and we'll send you a quote and a payment link.
  2. Preview. Within two business days we email a preview of exactly what we'll make. One revision is included.
  3. Approve. Nothing is made until you approve the preview in writing.
  4. Make and ship. Each item shows its turnaround; most ship 3–5 business days after approval, free in the lower 48.

Refunds

Full refund any time before you approve the preview. Because every piece is made for you, orders are final sale once approved.

Your files

By uploading, you confirm you own the photo, logo or artwork or have permission to use it. We can't make pieces using characters, brands, or pro or college team logos you don't own.

Care

  • Mugs: hand wash only. The print stops about 15 mm below the rim, so ink never touches your lips.
  • Tumblers: hand wash only. Stainless steel is primed before printing.
  • Coasters and flat gifts: indoor use unless stated. Coasters are finished with a gloss layer; wipe clean.
  • Trading cards: a keepsake, not for play.
  • Filament paintings and plaques: indoor display, out of direct sun.
